What you’ll be doing:

Responsible for building and expanding our retail network, driving seller acquisitions, training Retailers/sellers to maximize their sales potential and developing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets, additionally creating and sharing dashboards to monitor performance and inform decision-making.  

“Another important activity is to ensure high visibility at all retail points through merchandising by merchandisers.” 

  •   Retail Network Development:

o   Identify, recruit, and onboard new retailers to join our retail network.

o   Develop strategies to expand retail presence and increase market penetration.

  • Retailers Training:

o   Design and implement training programs for retailers to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.

o   Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Sales Funnel Optimization:

o   Continuously analyze and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates at each stage.

o   Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline the retail sales process.

  • Digital Media Utilization:

o   Leverage digital media platforms effectively to maximize lead generation and conversion rates in the retail sector.

o   Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing for retail sales.

  • Field Team Collaboration:

o   Work closely with the retail field teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to convert leads into sales.

o   Provide training and support to retail field teams on lead conversion techniques.

  • Data Analysis:

o   Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement within the retail sales funnel.

o   Generate regular reports and insights to inform strategic decisions for retail sales.

  •  Cross-Functional Coordination:

o   Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention in the retail sector.

o   Align lead generation strategies with overall business goals and objectives for retail sales.

  • Acquisition Strategy:

o   Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to attract new retailers and customers.

o   Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals.

  • Dashboard and Reporting:

o   Build and maintain dashboards to track sales performance, sales activity, retailer performance, and market trends.

o   Share insights and recommendations with senior management to inform strategic decisions.

  • Market Analysis:

o   Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail landscape.

o   Use insights to adjust strategies and optimize performance.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Key Skillset:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of building retail networks and driving sales growth
  • Proficient in data analysis and dashboard creation, with experience in CRM and sales management software
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
