Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: minimum 2 to 4 Years in store activities like Material inward/ GRN preparation, Inventory control, Purchase order, Material allocation, Dispatch planning, Fifo,
Location: Delhi, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹3.60 LPA (Maximum)
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

Job Purpose: To manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, and storing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP, and ensuring efficient stock movement while minimizing losses due to expiry or damage. This role also includes administrative support functions.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Inventory Management and Stock Control:
Manage all stock received and dispatched from the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP for all stock movements.
Conduct physical stock counts at least monthly and reconcile with SAP inventory.
Implement a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system for stock rotation.
Monitor stock for expiry and near-expiry dates, preventing these items from being sent to locations.
Coordinate returns or disposal of expired/near-expiry goods according to regulations.
Assist with stocking/restocking locations in coordination with FMs & SSRs.
Plan the storage of new consignments efficiently.
Ensure all stock is counted and double-checked before packing and dispatch.
Prepare monthly location-wise damaged stock reports (vendor-wise and brand-wise) and coordinate with vendors for stock orders.
Spend approximately one hour daily resetting/organizing the warehouse.

2. Warehouse Operations and Logistics:
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Received Notes (GRNs), Accounts Payable (A/P) Invoices, and Accounts Receivable (A/R) Invoices in SAP.
Prepare Delivery Challans (stock transfer to locations) and update these transactions in SAP.
Check and receive new stocks from suppliers, verifying expiry dates and checking for damage before acceptance.
Ensure timely and quality packing of products to prevent damage during transit.
Ensure timely dispatch of stocks to locations.
Coordinate with Field Managers (FMs) & Sales & Service Representatives (SSRs) for dispatches and inform SSRs about vehicle movements.
Receive orders from FMs & SSRs.

3. Administrative Support and General Warehouse Maintenance:
Oversee periodic pest control activities to maintain a pest-free warehouse.
Maintain general cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support smooth warehouse operations.
