Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Quality Executive to support and strengthen our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, documentation, and audits within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance:
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure compliance with customer and internal quality requirements. -
Inspection & Testing:
Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using vernier calipers and visual inspection methods. -
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (or applicable standards), and other quality requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports. -
Audits & Certifications:
Assist in internal, external, and customer audits. Ensure readiness and compliance with regulatory and customer quality standards. -

Educate and guide production teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Support in-process inspection activities on the shop floor.
Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in the Quality Department of a reputed manufacturing company

Prior exposure to customer audits and third-party audits

Good knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and documentation

Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications

Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Production / Quality or related discipline preferred)
