Purpose of the Role

this company has established strong traction in both the real estate and public sector segments, with growing acceptance among schools and educational institutions across India.

To accelerate this momentum, this company intends to appoint a dedicated School Sector Specialist—a single-point national role—focused exclusively on schools and education boards.

The objective of this role is to unlock large-scale school opportunities nationally by proactively reaching out to schools, education groups, and school chains, presenting this company as a one-stop solution for all sports, fitness, and outdoor infrastructure needs.

This role is not a regional sales position. Instead, it functions as a centralized demand-generation and institutional outreach role, responsible for:
• Creating nationwide school-level enquiries
• Opening doors and generating interest
• Passing qualified leads to company's regional sales teams for closure



Scope of Offerings to Schools

The specialist will promote company’s complete ecosystem for schools, including:
• World-class outdoor playground equipment (tested, certified, and compliant)
• Complete sports infrastructure & facilities through the Sports Division
• Multi-sport courts and athletic installations
• Children’s outdoor fitness gyms (first-of-its-kind structured concept in India)
• Turnkey solutions covering design, supply, installation, and compliance

Key Responsibilities

1. National School Outreach & Market Development
• Identify, map, and engage schools, school groups, school chains, and education trusts across India
• Leverage prior experience in pan-India institutional sales (such as solar or infrastructure sales to schools)
• Utilize and continuously enhance a comprehensive school database for structured outreach
• Actively initiate conversations with school managements, principals, trustees, and decision-makers



2. Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation
• Generate qualified enquiries and project opportunities from schools nationwide
• Educate schools on company’s full spectrum of offerings and long-term value
• Position company's as a strategic infrastructure partner, not a product vendor
• Ensure enquiries are well-documented, qualified, and ready for regional follow-up



3. Sales Enablement & Internal Coordination
• Seamlessly hand over qualified leads to the respective regional or city sales teams
• Coordinate with internal sales, design, and technical teams where required for presentations or clarifications
• Support regional teams with sector-specific insights, positioning, and proposal direction for schools



4. Institutional Relationship Building
• Build long-term relationships with:
• Education boards
• School associations
• School management companies
• Education consultants and influencers
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, phased developments, and multi-campus rollouts



5. Strategy, Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Track and report:
• Number of schools contacted
• Enquiries generated
• Conversion potential by region
• Share insights on:
• Budget cycles of schools
• Decision-making structures
• Trends in school sports and fitness infrastructure
• Contribute to refining company's school-specific sales strategy and offerings



What This Role Is NOT
•  Not responsible for order closure or regional sales targets
•  Not limited to one city or state
•  Not a typical field sales role

This is a high-leverage national role designed to multiply revenue by enabling existing sales teams, not replace them.



Ideal Candidate Profile
• 8–15 years of experience in pan-India SCHOOL sales, preferably in:
• Education-focused B2B sales
• Proven experience working with schools at scale
• Existing school databases or strong access networks is a major advantage
• Strong communication and institutional relationship skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to open doors and create demand AND TIE UP PARTNERSHIP DEALS
