Team Manager – Leadership Assessments & 360° Survey Delivery
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management

Own end-to-end project management for leadership assessments and 360° surveys across internal and external platforms, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project closure.

Manage multiple medium to high complexity projects, effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency, impact, and client commitments.

Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and delivery risks, ensuring timely and high-quality project outcomes.
Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

Participate in cross-functional and cross-market stakeholder forums to improve delivery efficiency and governance.

Support platform transitions and market migrations, ensuring seamless handover and continuity of service.
Assessment & Survey Delivery

Gather and analyze project requirements, including assessment objectives, target populations, and reporting needs.

Configure and manage assessment and simulation setups, survey logic, scoring models, and reporting frameworks.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of assessments, including launch, monitoring, reminders, closure, and result generation.
Reporting, Analytics & Benchmarking

Design and deliver score reports, dashboards, and insights tailored to client and market requirements.

Conduct data analysis to develop industry benchmarks, norms, and comparative insights across markets.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of assessment data throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Data & Documentation Management

Lead ongoing data management activities, including data extraction, mining, validation, and visualization.

Create, maintain, and update project documentation, including requirements documents, design specifications, user manuals, and dashboards.

Ensure documentation supports scalability, repeatability, and audit readiness.
Process Improvement & Innovation

Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of delivery processes through automation, standardization, or new tools.

Actively contribute to post-technology transition initiatives, process redesign, and continuous improvement efforts.

Share best practices and lessons learned to improve future project executions.
