Job Description:
 

Team Manager – Leadership Assessments & 360° Survey Delivery

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end project management for leadership assessments and 360° surveys across internal and external platforms, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project closure.

  • Manage multiple medium to high complexity projects, effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency, impact, and client commitments.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and delivery risks, ensuring timely and high-quality project outcomes.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

  • Participate in cross-functional and cross-market stakeholder forums to improve delivery efficiency and governance.

  • Support platform transitions and market migrations, ensuring seamless handover and continuity of service.

Assessment & Survey Delivery

  • Gather and analyze project requirements, including assessment objectives, target populations, and reporting needs.

  • Configure and manage assessment and simulation setups, survey logic, scoring models, and reporting frameworks.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of assessments, including launch, monitoring, reminders, closure, and result generation.

Reporting, Analytics & Benchmarking

  • Design and deliver score reports, dashboards, and insights tailored to client and market requirements.

  • Conduct data analysis to develop industry benchmarks, norms, and comparative insights across markets.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of assessment data throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Data & Documentation Management

  • Lead ongoing data management activities, including data extraction, mining, validation, and visualization.

  • Create, maintain, and update project documentation, including requirements documents, design specifications, user manuals, and dashboards.

  • Ensure documentation supports scalability, repeatability, and audit readiness.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of delivery processes through automation, standardization, or new tools.

  • Actively contribute to post-technology transition initiatives, process redesign, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Share best practices and lessons learned to improve future project executions.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate effectively with team members across functions, markets, and platforms to achieve shared delivery goals.

  • Demonstrate clear, structured, and impactful communication in written and verbal interactions.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

 

 
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office
• Advanced Excel skills (including Excel Functions & VBA knowledge): Logical, financial, math, statistical, information and date and time functions. Multiple Lookups, Pivot Table/Pivot Chart Report and creating charts
• MS PowerPoint: Slide master, Inserting graphs and diagrams, Add sound effects, animation and Exporting to Microsoft Word
• MS Word: Should be able to format a table, add cover page, adjust margins, convert text to table and back.
-Advance Knowledge of Statistic functions like limitation and implication of correlation, regression, Knowledge about auto-correlation and Fore-casting.
- Strong analytical bent of mind and exposure to statistical tool, analytics tools, reporting tool preferably MS Power Apps/Tableau / PowerBI
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Java script.
-Business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with English language. Should be able to coherently and confidently communicate thoughts and ideas verbally, non-verbally and in writing.
-Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable, have a collaborative approach with fellow colleagues, self-motivator
-Should be open to change.
-Prefer advanced knowledge of analysis tools like R and Python
