Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development for consultancy services including project finance, statutory approvals, licenses, subsidies, and incentives.
- Lead generation through digital platforms (LinkedIn, industry portals, website inquiries) and offline sources (industry references, consultants, architects, bankers, networking).
- Engage with promoters, CFOs, project heads, and decision-makers to understand project requirements.
- Present consultancy proposals and coordinate with internal teams for closures.
- Build and maintain long-term client and referral relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support pipeline growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Experience in B2B consulting / industrial services sales
- Awareness of MIDC, statutory approvals, project finance, and government incentives is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
