After Sales & Spares

Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term
• Conduct regular client site visits for meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and follow-
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and contract
• Achieve monthly and annual AMC revenue targets as per business
• Submit RFQs for new business opportunities and track progress to ensure timely
• Conduct meetings with existing customers to address ongoing requirements and strengthen
• Cost Settlement with suppliers after negotiation with 2-3
• Submit RFQ based ,New Business and track and Monitoring of RFQ .
• Sales Compressor Spare Part’s
• Follow reporting procedures defined by your immediate manager
• Maintain M-Service
• Remove Employee from M-Service, other app & Groups when resigned/terminated.
• Prepare spares order Quotation/P. O & Invoices in tally and Ensure all costs are in work orders and complete billing process.
• Generate new AMC and follow up with existing client
• Maintain files of each important
• Payment follow-
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Prepare & maintain service Teams progress
• Responsible for other job Responsibilities mentioned under supporting sheet for Given Targets
• Coordinate field service technicians; communicate with all parties throughout the process until satisfactory results have been achieved in cost effective manner
