Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HOD – Training & Development to head the Training & Development department and drive employee upskilling across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing performance through structured training programs for both medical and non-medical staff, ensuring career growth is aligned with learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Head the Training & Development function and oversee all training-related activities.

  • Design, implement, and manage training programs for medical and non-medical employees.

  • Align employee career paths with relevant training and development plans.

  • Conduct soft skills training to improve communication, leadership, teamwork, and professionalism.

  • Develop engaging training content, modules, and learning material.

  • Create and maintain assessment sheets, track progress, and evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Plan and conduct practical and on-the-job training sessions.

  • Identify skill gaps and analyze weak performance areas, ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Introduce creative and innovative training ideas to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Develop and implement new training strategies to improve employee productivity and engagement.

  • Monitor training outcomes and provide regular reports to management.
