Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HOD – Training & Development to head the Training & Development department and drive employee upskilling across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing performance through structured training programs for both medical and non-medical staff, ensuring career growth is aligned with learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Head the Training & Development function and oversee all training-related activities.

Design, implement, and manage training programs for medical and non-medical employees.

Align employee career paths with relevant training and development plans.

Conduct soft skills training to improve communication, leadership, teamwork, and professionalism.

Develop engaging training content, modules, and learning material.

Create and maintain assessment sheets, track progress, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Plan and conduct practical and on-the-job training sessions.

Identify skill gaps and analyze weak performance areas, ensuring continuous improvement.

Introduce creative and innovative training ideas to enhance learning outcomes.

Develop and implement new training strategies to improve employee productivity and engagement.

Monitor training outcomes and provide regular reports to management.
