Project Type: Commercial | F&B | Retail
Key Responsibilities:
* Design coordination with Architects, PMC, and Clients
* Handling complete design development and approval cycles
* Preparing and coordinating GFC drawings and design submissions
* Ensuring design intent is maintained during execution
* Resolving design-related queries and coordination issues
* Attending client, consultant, and site coordination meetings
Requirements:
* Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
* 4–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects
* Strong experience in commercial, F&B, and retail projects
* Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); other design tools preferred
* Fluent English communication (mandatory)
