Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve current production methods, workflows, and layouts for better efficiency and cost reduction.
- ** Quality Control:** Develop and implement quality standards, perform checks, and ensure products meet specifications.
- Equipment Management: Select, set up, and maintain machinery; diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of production issues and implement solutions.
- Safety & Compliance: Establish and enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulations (e.g., GMP).
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed production documentation and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work with design, quality control, logistics, and production staff.
- Training: Educate workers on proper machine operation and methods.
