Job Description:

1 Strong expertise in emulsion polymerization techniques, including batch, semi-batch, and continuous processes.
2. Proven track record in developing innovative products based on emulsion polymerization.
3. Hands-on experience with surfactant systems, initiator optimization, and process control to achieve desired polymer properties (e.g., particle size, molecular weight, Tg).
4. Skilled in scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial production, ensuring product consistency and performance.
5. Familiar with characterization techniques such as DLS, GPC, FTIR, DSC, DMA and rheology for polymer analysis.
6. Ability to troubleshoot polymerization reactions and optimize process parameters for yield, stability, and performance.
7. Experience with post-polymerization modifications such as crosslinking, functionalization, and blending.
8. Understanding of environmental and regulatory standards (e.g., REACH, EPA, GHS) and ability to develop low-VOC formulations.

9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, QA/QC, Technical services and Sales & Marketing.
