Job Description:
- Developing new emulsion recipes, developing new rubber compounds for NBR, NBR-PVC blends as per customers requirement, Leading safety for R & D team, Training and development of the team, Lab management
- Essential previous responsibilities handled :- Research and development in butadiene based emulsion technology, rubber compounding and evaluation at mid management level
- Desired Technical Skill Sets:-Knowledge in emulsion chemistry, rubber compounding, blends, performance evaluation of rubber products, knowledge in share point, R D data management, Project management, analytical skills for rubber product evaluation
