Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
● Edit high-quality, platform-specifi c videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
● Create video concepts and storyboards when required
● Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for social media
● Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic and tone across all video content
● Stay up to date with trends in video editing, meme culture, music, formats, reels, and transitions
● Apply motion graphics, text animation, and VFX when needed
● Collaborate with content creators, social media managers, designers, and strategists to bring campaign ideas to life
● Experiment with AI-based video tools and editing software to improve effi ciency and creativity
● Manage raw footage, fi le organisation, and delivery of fi nal exports as per platform requirements
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in video editing for brands, agencies, or digital creators
● Profi ciency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing software
● Familiarity with Canva, Editing Software, and AI video tools is a huge bonus
● Strong portfolio that showcases editing for social media (especially reels, shorts)
● Deep understanding of pacing, sound design, and transitions suited to Gen-Z and millennial audiences
● Ability to work on tight timelines without compromising on quality
● Strong visual sense and eye for detail from frame selection to text placements
● Knowledge of basic colour correction and sound mixing
● Comfortable working in a collaborative and feedback-driven environment
