The Manager – Territory is responsible for planning, developing, and managing sales operations within an assigned territory to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships. The role involves leading field teams, executing sales strategies, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets

• Manage, coach, and motivate sales teams within the assigned territory

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

• Ensure effective implementation of company policies and sales strategies

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in sales or territory management

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
