Job Description:

Role Overview

The Performance Ads Video Creator is responsible for producing high‑converting video ads for platforms such as Meta Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, and programmatic networks. This role combines creative storytelling with performance marketing principles to deliver videos that drive measurable results — clicks, conversions, ROAS, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce performance‑driven video ads tailored for Meta, YouTube, and other paid channels.
  • Develop ad concepts, hooks, and scripts based on audience insights, product benefits, and competitive analysis.
  • Shoot and edit short‑form, conversion‑focused videos including UGC‑style ads, testimonials, product demos, and motion‑graphic explainers.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align creative with campaign goals, targeting, and funnel stages.
  • Optimize creatives using data, testing variations of hooks, CTAs, formats, and messaging.
  • Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, retention) and iterate based on insights.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, ad formats, and best practices for high‑performing creatives.
  • Manage asset libraries, raw footage, and creative variations for ongoing testing.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Ability to shoot high‑quality footage using smartphones or cameras.
  • Understanding of direct‑response marketingconsumer psychology, and ad funnels.
  • Experience creating UGC‑style adsproduct demosmotion graphics, or testimonial videos.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads ManagerLinkedin ads platform , or Google Ads analytics.
  • Ability to produce fast iterations for A/B testing.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills for hooks and CTAs.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, video creation, or digital advertising.
  • Portfolio showcasing high‑performing ad creatives.
  • Experience working with D2C, e‑commerce, SaaS, or app‑based brands
  • Knowledge on AI based tools for content and video generation
