For the JSW Steel - Anjar position we require a minimum of 3.5 years of experience with CAT-II certification.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary role of a Vibration Analyst is to monitor, analyse, and diagnose the health of critical machinery to prevent unplanned downtime.
Perform detailed analysis of vibration spectra, waveforms, and phase data to diagnose machinery faults (e.g., unbalance, misalignment, bearing wear, looseness, cavitation)
Execute route-based or continuous data collection using specialized tools (like Acoem's Falcon or wireless sensors) on rotating machinery (pumps, fans, motors, gearboxes)
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, presenting analysis reports, discussing maintenance priorities, and ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations.
