Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and client meetings.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/solution offerings.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

• Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and logistics teams for order execution.

• Track inquiries, follow-ups, and order closures to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client visits as required.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar sales role.

• Experience in manufacturing / engineering / forging industry preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to understand technical products and commercial terms.

• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
