Job Description:

Swelect Energy Systems is looking for an experienced and energetic sales executive to serve as a Regional
Manager or Sales executive for channel Sales in its renewable energy business in locations Telangana.
Requirements: Minimum 2 Years Experience in Solar Sector/ Power conditioning / Electrical Industry.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
 Appointing Dealers and Distributors in a defined territory.
 Thorough knowledge of Solar Products,Solar Water Pump.
 Understanding the technical requirements for the Solar Projects.
 Create a Business development plan for existing customers and build customer relationship.
 Identify and develop new business opportunities and avenues.
 Generate enquiries and close orders.
 Cold calling and Receivables follow up.
 Market analysis and Customer feedback.
 Product Promotion.
Desire Candidate Profile :
 candidate should be capable of producing a go to market plan to sell solar solutions for Swelect.
 Candidate must possess Solar Water pump knowledge
 Candidate must be able to manage and develop dealer network
 Candidate must be able to travel and manage their region.
