Role Summary |
|
|
The Accounts Assistant will handle routine accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in day-to-day operations. |
|

KRA: Task / Activities |
|
|
· Maintain books of accounts using Tally · Record vouchers, journal entries, and ledger postings · Handle accounts payable and receivable · Assist in bank reconciliation and cash management · Prepare basic financial reports and statements · Support statutory compliance and audit activities |
|
|
KPI: Performance Metrics |
|
|
· Accuracy of accounting entries · Timely completion of assigned tasks · Compliance with accounting standards and processes · Quality and correctness of reports |

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit) |

· Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory) · Basic knowledge of accounting principles · Proficiency in MS Excel · Good numerical and analytical skills |
· Exposure to GST basics · Experience in handling audits
