Job Description:
In this role, you’ll turn data into clear insights and actions that drive customer acquisition, installation conversion, activation, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with Growth, Performance Marketing, CRM, Product, Design, and Creative teams to enable faster, smarter, data-led decisions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Funnel Analytics -
- Track and analyse the end-to-end customer funnel:
Traffic → Lead → Order → Install → Active → Renew → Churn - Identify funnel drop-offs, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain daily and weekly growth dashboards for teams and leadership
2. Acquisition & Performance Analytics
- Analyse digital acquisition performance across Search, Social, Affiliates, and Partnerships
- Support data-backed budget allocation and CAC optimisation
3. Content & Creative Analytics
- Analyse performance of creatives and content across paid ads (static, video, carousel), Landing pages, App banners & in-app communication, Email and WhatsApp campaigns
- Track metrics such as:
- CTR, CVR, engagement rate
- Creative fatigue and frequency impact
- Scroll depth, heatmaps, and drop-offs (LPs)
4. Hands-on Use of Analytics Platforms
- Actively work on and derive insights from multiple analytics platforms, including:
- Performance & Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads Manager
- Web Analytics: GA4, GSC, Zoho
- App & Product Analytics: Mixpanel, Amplitude (or equivalent)
- CRM & Lifecycle: Marketing automation and CRM analytics tools
- BI & Reporting: Power BI, Tableau, Looker (or similar)
- Translate platform-level data into business-ready insights, not just reports
- Hands-on experience with:
- SQL
- Excel / Google Sheets
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Web & app analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude – any)
- Experience in telecom, fintech, SaaS, D2C, subscription, or consumer internet is a plus
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence
- Experience working closely with growth, marketing, or product teams
- Strong understanding of:
- Funnel and conversion metrics
- Performance marketing KPIs
- Content & creative analytics
- Cohort and lifecycle analysis
