Account executive(Direct taxation) - Ankleshwar/ Bharuch

Job Description:

1.Direct Taxation
- Preparation of Income Tax Return Templates & Computation of Income (Financial
Information, TDS Templates, Disallowances etc.)
- Workings related to Transfer Pricing Audit
- Workings related to Tax Audit report of the company
- Reconciliation of Books of Accounts with Form 26AS of the company on a
periodic/annual basis as required.
- Preparations of workings for Assessment & Notices issued by Income tax
department as and when required.

2. Finance
- Preparation of workings for Rating agencies as per requirements. (Workings based
on financial statements of the company).
- Monthly & Quarterly compliances as required by the Rating Agencies.
- Assistance in CMA Data Preparation, Bank Term Loan Application related workings
& documentation as and when required.

3. Accounting
- Bill Booking (For Purchase & Expenses related transactions).
