Job Description:
A Sales and Marketing Manager drives company growth by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align sales targets with marketing campaigns. They lead teams to identify new opportunities, manage brand promotion, analyze market trends, and foster client relationships to increase market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales and marketing staff to meet performance targets.
- Marketing Campaigns:
Design, oversee, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives and social media.
- Sales Management: Set sales targets, determine pricing strategies/discounts, and monitor performance.
- Market Research: Analyze consumer preferences and trends to improve product marketability and identify new business opportunities.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget and sales expenditures.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Leadership: Strong team management, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Analytical: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance, market data, and CRM tools.
- Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
