Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle sales of ready-made residential flats. The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, explaining property details, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries for ready-to-move residential flats

• Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs for prospective buyers

• Explain flat specifications, pricing, payment plans, and amenities

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales

• Negotiate and close property deals as per company guidelines

• Coordinate with legal, accounts, and documentation teams

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate or construction sales

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Experience in residential flat sales preferred

• Ability to handle walk-in clients and channel partners

• Knowledge of booking process, agreements, and documentation

• Target-oriented and customer-centric approach
