Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced University Alliances / Academic Partnerships professional who can
build and manage strong relationships with colleges, universities, and Training & Placement Officers
(TPOs) across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive connects within the academic ecosystem and
a strong understanding of training, placement, and CSR-linked skilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
 Build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and TPOs to drive training and
placement initiatives.
 Create and execute a college outreach plan for student mobilization and engagement.
 Coordinate with internal teams for CSR and skilling project alignments with academic partners.
 Develop MOU’s and partnerships with institutions to enable project rollouts and student access.
 Maintain and update a central database of TPO connects, placement data, and partner institutions.
 Represent GTT Foundation in academic summits, job fairs, and CSR events to strengthen brand
visibility.
 Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines, data accuracy, and
outcomes.
 Identify and onboard new academic partners across regions, focusing on expansion in Rest of
India cities.
Key Skills & Competencies
 Excellent network and rapport with university and college TPOs.
 Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
 Knowledge of academic partnerships, CSR projects, and skilling ecosystem.
 Experience in handling large-scale student outreach and placement coordination.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or data tracking
tools is a plus.
