Job Description:
A Digital Marketing Executive plans, executes, and optimizes online marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, PPC, social media, and email, aiming to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales by creating engaging content, analyzing data (like Google Analytics), managing online presence, and staying updated on trends to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop and run digital campaigns (Paid Search, Social, Email).
- Content & SEO: Create content, manage website updates, perform keyword research, and optimize for search engines (SEO).
- Social Media: Plan, schedule, and manage company presence on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, etc..
- Email Marketing: Prepare and distribute newsletters and promotional emails.
- Data Analysis: Track metrics, analyze campaign performance (e.g., traffic, conversions) using tools like GA4, and report insights.
- Website Management: Ensure the website is user-friendly, updated, and bug-free, often collaborating with designers.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (designers, sales) and external agencies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content, and social media marketing.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking for content ideas and strategy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
