Project Manager, Geriatric Support and Engagement
Role Summary
We are hiring a Project Manager in Pune to lead our Geriatric Support Programme. This key
role is responsible for the dual goals of
finding companies that hire experienced professionals (55-70 years old) and processing,
counselling, and matching the seniors who want those roles.

Key Responsibilities
 Employer Network & Sourcing:
o Build and manage a network of employers, corporates, and NGOs for part-time,
consulting, or volunteer opportunities for seniors.
o Actively match seniors with suitable opportunities and share success stories.
 Candidate Management & Support:
o Develop and run counselling and engagement activities for seniors (55–70
years).
o Encourage seniors to register for work and volunteering roles
 Programme Management:
o Create simple communication/social media campaigns to promote the
programme.
o Track progress and report on outcomes.
o Partner with healthcare providers, community groups, and CSR teams.

Qualifications & Skills
 Experience: 5–7 years in programme management, elderly care, counselling, or
community projects. Knowledge of career counselling/placements is a plus.
 Education: Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
 Key Skills:
o Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
o Empathy and patience when working with seniors.
o Excellent communication, self-driven, and good digital skills.
