Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

               •             Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for the oncology portfolio, including product launches, brand building, and lifecycle management.

               •             Develop long-term and short-term marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

               •             Manage and mentor a team of product managers and marketing professionals.

               •             Drive market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation to strengthen brand positioning.

               •             Collaborate closely with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure effective execution.

               •             Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and ROI of marketing initiatives.

               •             Represent the oncology marketing function in senior management reviews and strategy forums.

               •             Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
