NJT and Classroom Specialist Trainer for Delhi & Bangalore

Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end Classroom / Instructor-Led Training (ILT) for new joiners (DST/DSA/FOS and similar frontline roles) from a central training location.
- Deliver high-impact sessions on Sales fundamentals + Broadband selling: need discovery, pitch structuring, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and upsell/cross-sell.
- Translate business priorities into day-wise classroom plans (NJT calendar, session flow, time boxing, activities, and assessments).
- Run structured role-plays and simulations (D2D, society pitch, inbound lead pitch, upgrade pitch), with standardized scoring and feedback.
- Drive pitch consistency across batches using common scripts, key messages, and “must-say / must-not-say” guidelines (to reduce wrong commitments).
- Coach learners on sales hygiene and discipline: daily plan, funnel movement, follow-ups, lead handling, and basic reporting mindset.

Content Support:

- Convert complex product/process topics into simple classroom-friendly stories, examples, and activities suited for blue-collar sales audiences.
- Maintain and update NJT curriculum whenever offers, eligibility rules, product propositions, or process steps change.

Assessment, Certification, and Readiness:

- Run pre and post assessments for every batch; publish scores, certification status, and readiness outcomes.
- Set and enforce certification criteria (minimum score thresholds, mandatory roleplay pass, re-test logic).
- Identify learners needing additional support and run remedial coaching (1:1 or small group) within the classroom program.
- Maintain batch-wise training MIS: attendance, assessment scores, improvement trends, and pass/fail reasons.

Operational Ownership (Central, non-field):

- Manage the classroom setup and readiness: daily session plan, training materials, participant communication, and coordination for batch logistics.
- Ensure all ILT sessions are delivered on schedule, with proper documentation and sign-offs.
