Job Description

RLE India is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure and end-user systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in system administration, network management, IT security, and end-user support in a corporate environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Administer Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions across systems and applications.
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, network, and security issues.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT services.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and enterprise applications.
  • Manage endpoint security tools, antivirus, patching, and system updates.
  • Maintain backups, disaster recovery procedures, and data security standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software licensing, and AMC support.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities (system access, assets, email, VPN, etc.).
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and SOPs.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong experience in Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
  • Good understanding of Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, Firewalls)
  • Experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration
  • Knowledge of Endpoint Management & Security tools
  • Basic knowledge of Linux administration is a plus
  • Experience with Backup and Recovery tools
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage
