Compensation: ₹10–14 LPA (depending on qualification and experience)
Experience Range: 8–12 years

Role Overview
The Human Resources Manager will serve as the corporate HR lead, responsible for
aligning all HR functions between the head office and the factory HR department. The role
demands a strong grasp of organizational HR strategy, compliance management, and team
coordination, while maintaining daily visibility into manpower planning, factory HR
requirements, and overall employee welfare. This position acts as the communication bridge
between the factory and corporate HR operations—ensuring that manpower needs,
compliance reports, and organizational policies are synchronized across both units. The
person will also manage all corporate-level HR responsibilities, including recruitment,
performance management, payroll coordination, and administrative HR for the head office.
Key Responsibilities
HR Coordination Between Head Office & Factory
 Act as the main liaison between the corporate office and factory HR team.
 Review and process HR requirements received from the factory, including manpower
requests, compliance reports, and documentation.
 Ensure smooth information flow and consistent implementation of HR policies across
both locations.
 Maintain regular coordination calls and monthly review meetings with the factory HR
team.
Corporate HR Management
 Manage all HR operations for the corporate office — recruitment, onboarding,
attendance, leave management, and employee welfare.
 Implement company-wide HR policies, ensuring proper adherence across departments.
 Oversee payroll coordination, appraisals, and documentation for corporate staff.
 Support leadership with HR MIS reports and manpower planning data.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
 Ensure statutory compliance across both factory and head office for PF, ESI, Professional
Tax, Labour Laws, Factory License, and other statutory regulations.
 Validate compliance reports submitted by the factory HR team.
 Coordinate with legal and external advisors to ensure timely renewals and regulatory
filings.
 Maintain consolidated compliance status reports for management review.
HR Systems, Policies & Processes
 Standardize HR formats, SOPs, and processes across the organization.
 Ensure consistent data recording in attendance, appraisal, and compliance systems.
 Monitor HR documentation accuracy — employee files, contracts, and records.
 Initiate digital HR record-keeping and process optimization projects.
Employee Relations & Organizational Culture
 Foster a transparent and supportive culture between departments and between factory
and corporate levels.
 Conduct regular reviews with both unit heads to identify HR challenges and resolve
them.
 Ensure alignment of HR goals with business objectives.
 Drive training, engagement, and communication initiatives that strengthen company
culture.
Preferred Profile
 Strong exposure to corporate HR operations and manufacturing HR coordination.
 Excellent understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, Labour Laws).
 Proven experience handling both white-collar and blue-collar HR structures.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Capable of managing teams, enforcing compliance, and aligning HR strategies company-
wide.
