As part of our growing e-learning ecosystem, we continuously work to enhance learner engagement, retention, and user experience through meaningful partnerships and loyalty initiatives. Role Overview The Loyalty & Partnerships Coordinator will support the development of our Rewards, Badges, and Loyalty Programs on the GTT Foundation e-learning platform. The role involves coordinating with external brands to onboard coupons, vouchers, and offers that help improve user engagement and retention. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong communication, vendor coordination, and follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities  Identify potential brands and vendors for loyalty partnerships (coupons, vouchers, reward offers).  Conduct outreach and coordinate onboarding of partner offers—paid or free.  Maintain relationships with external vendors and ensure regular availability of offers.  Assist in negotiating basic terms to secure learner-beneficial deals.  Manage and update Rewards, Badges, Offers, and Coupons on the e-learning platform.  Coordinate with internal tech/content teams for smooth uploading and integration of offers.  Ensure all loyalty-related content is accurate, updated, and functioning properly.  Support planning and execution of retention-focused engagement activities.  Track learner engagement and redemption metrics (e.g., offer usage, badge completion).  Share insights to improve platform stickiness and overall user experience.  Maintain vendor databases, partner agreements, offer calendars, and related documentation.  Prepare reports on partnership performance and user engagement trends.  Coordinate across departments to ensure timely execution of loyalty initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.  1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, partnerships, loyalty management, or customer engagement.  Excellent communication skills (email drafting, vendor interaction, internal coordination).  Basic negotiation ability and confidence in approaching new brands.  Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.  Strong attention to detail with effective follow-up and execution abilities. Good to Have  Experience in loyalty programs, rewards operations, or e-learning platforms.  Exposure to CRM tools, engagement dashboards, or campaign execution.  Understanding of user behavior and retention strategies.
