Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

 

 

Sales Growth & Revenue Generation:

 

  • Aggressively drive new business acquisition in hotels, QSRs, restaurants, caterers, and institutional catering.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Develop key account relationships to secure recurring, long-term supply contracts.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with clear conversion metrics.

 

 

Financial Accountability:

 

  • Own revenue and profitability KPIs for the company’s B2B operations.

  • Set and monitor pricing structures to maintain healthy margins.

  • Work closely with finance to manage client credit terms, payment cycles, and collections.

  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance dashboards with sales, revenue, and margin analysis.

  • Track cost of sales vs. returns to ensure commercial sustainability.

 

 

Client Engagement & Retention:

 

  • Conduct product tastings, demos, and presentations to convert leads.

  • Actively upsell and cross-sell innovative seasonal and premium offerings.

  • Ensure client satisfaction, repeat orders, and maximum share of client dessert supply.

 

 

Market Strategy & Insights:

 

  • Keep abreast of dessert and pastry market trends, competitor pricing, and client demands.

  • Share insights with culinary and R&D teams to design profitable, market-ready offerings.

  • Identify revenue opportunities in weddings, large events, and institutional contracts.

 

 

Collaboration & Execution:

 

  • Align closely with production, logistics, and catering teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.

  • Monitor client order profitability in real time to prevent margin leakage.

  • Work with marketing to develop targeted B2B campaigns and client-specific proposals.
