Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of dessert, pastry, and ice cream production.
• Ensure smooth workflow across kitchen, packaging, storage, and dispatch teams.

• Implement and monitor SOPs for production efficiency, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of 30–50 staff; build schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with sales, product innovation, and logistics teams to align production with demand.
• Forecast production volumes and maintain adequate inventory.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Optimize costs, reduce wastage, and increase productivity.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment and prepare operational reports.

Skills & Attributes
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Experience in large-scale food production or commissary kitchens.
• Knowledge of workflow management and food safety compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume outputs.
