Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules, balancing capacity with demand.
- Resource Management: Allocate human resources, machinery, and materials efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordination: Liaise with sales, procurement, and production teams.
- Monitoring & Analysis: Track progress, analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives for cost reduction, quality, and efficiency.
- Reporting: Generate reports on production performance and inventory metrics.
