CIVIL ENGINEER FOR REAL ESTATE - RAJNANDGAON , CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Site Management: Oversee construction operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure project timelines are met.
- Project Planning & Design: Develop detailed blueprints, structural plans, and technical specifications using software like AutoCAD.
- Budget & Estimation: Prepare cost estimates, budget forecasts, and manage material resources.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all developments follow local zoning laws, building codes, and safety standards.
- Quality Control & Safety: Conduct site inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Feasibility & Analysis: Perform soil tests, analyze site conditions, and assess environmental impacts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Soft Skills: Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license is often preferred.
Typical Tasks
- Preparing land for construction (surveying, grading).
- Coordinating plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
- Resolving on-site technical issues.
- Liaising with government officials for approvals.
