Job Description:
A Product Designer creates user-centered physical or digital products, overseeing the entire lifecycle from research and concept to prototyping, testing, and refinement, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business goals by bridging UX, UI, and business strategy through wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration with developers. Key duties involve user research, ideation, visual design, testing, and creating design systems for intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing products that solve real problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct market research and user interviews to understand pain points and needs.
- Conceptualization: Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for new features or products.
- UI/UX Design: Create visual mockups, user flows, interface elements, style guides, and design systems.
- Testing & Iteration: Usability test designs, gather feedback, and refine solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to implement designs.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage design from ideation through development and improvement of existing products.
