Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and nurturing long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, proposal coordination, and achieving defined revenue targets in a competitive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking

  • Generate qualified leads and actively follow up on inbound inquiries and referrals

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement-gathering discussions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipelines in CRM systems

  • Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

  • Support upselling and cross-selling of services to existing clients

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in a professional and timely manner


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT or digital services)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently meet sales targets

  • Strong understanding of client needs and solution-based selling approaches


Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in selling digital marketing, web development, or IT services

  • Knowledge of proposal writing and basic commercial and contractual terms

  • Experience working with international clients (UK, US, Australia)

  • Lead generation experience via platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
