Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and nurturing long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, proposal coordination, and achieving defined revenue targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking

Generate qualified leads and actively follow up on inbound inquiries and referrals

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement-gathering discussions

Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipelines in CRM systems

Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline

Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms
