Role Overview

As a key partner to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the Marketing Analyst will plan, launch, and optimize revenue-driving programs across paid media, SEO/AEO, marketing automation, and web platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, leveraging data, creative insights, and tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, and AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Funnel Optimization

○ Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate qualified demo requests.

○ Oversee targeting, budget allocation, experimentation, and landing page alignment.

○ Run A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and CPL.

Tracking, Analytics & Attribution

○ Implement and audit GA4, GTM, and pixel tracking to ensure accurate campaign data and CRM attribution.

○ Administer dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot) for weekly funnel and performance reporting.

○ Maintain marketing KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CPL, ROAS, and CAC.

SEO & AI Engine Optimization (AEO)

○ Lead SEO initiatives including technical audits, on-page optimization, Core Web Vitals, and internal linking.

○ Drive AEO efforts through schema markup, LLM.txt management, and visibility improvements on AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Bing Copilot).

Content & Web Management

○ Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver creatives tailored to decision makers.

○ Manage content publishing on WordPress, ensuring accurate tracking and strong user experience.

○ Optimize websites and landing pages with HTML/CSS fixes, CRO testing, and speed improvements.

● Brand Visibility & Third-Party Platforms ○ Strengthen CloudLex’s presence on directories like G2, Capterra, and industry publications.

○ Manage reviews, profiles, and backlink strategies for improved authority and lead flow.

Marketing Automation & CRM

○ Build and optimize workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle segmentation in HubSpot/Marketo.

○ Ensure clean CRM data, Salesforce integration, and effective nurture journeys. What Success Looks Like

● Lower cost-per-lead and improved conversion rates across the funnel.

● Increased volume and quality of demos from paid, organic, and AI-driven channels.

● Strong organic rankings and AI platform visibility, resulting in more qualified inbound leads.

● Accurate multi-touch attribution with clear, actionable reporting for stakeholders.

● Optimized website performance leading to higher engagement and faster site speed.

 

Qualifications

● 3–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or legal-tech.

● Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

● Strong SEO and AEO knowledge, including technical audits, schema markup, and AI-driven optimization.

● Hands-on experience with HubSpot/Marketo and Salesforce CRM.  Proficiency with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and CRO testing tools.

● Advanced analytical skills in SQL, Excel, or Sheets with strong attention to data hygiene. Preferred Skills

● Familiarity with ABM strategies, intent data tools, and A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely).

● Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations and legal-industry compliance.

● Basic design proficiency (Figma, Canva) and introductory Python for data analysis.
