Job Description:

The Senior Manager – HR Projects will lead and deliver high-impact, organization-wide HR initiatives aligned to
organization strategy. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR projects, leading a small project team, and
preparing high-quality presentations and insights to management.

a) HR Project Leadership:

  • Lead multiple strategic and operational HR projects across various areas of HR such as compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, HR digitalization, policy harmonization, and change initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end project management including scope definition, timelines, milestones, risk management, stakeholder communication, and closure.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business outcomes.

b) Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner closely with COEs and HR Business Partners to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Act as the single point of accountability for assigned HR projects

c) Executive Presentations and Insights:

  • Develop concise, data-driven, and visually impactful presentations for the Chairman, CEO, and Board/Executive Committees.
  • Translate complex HR data and project outcomes into clear executive narratives, insights, and recommendations.

d) Governance, Tracking and Reporting:

  • Establish project governance mechanisms, dashboards, and progress reviews for HR initiatives.
  • Track benefits realization and ensure post-implementation review of key projects.
  • Ensure documentation, process discipline, and audit readiness for all HR projects.

e) Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, frameworks, and systems through structured projects.
  • Benchmark best practices and introduce innovative approaches in HR project execution.
