Job Description

We are hiring a Crane Maintenance Incharge to oversee EOT crane operations and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning through regular inspections and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with crane maintenance, safety compliance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day EOT crane operations
• Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure cranes remain safe, operational, and compliant with safety standards
• Implement and enforce industrial safety protocols
• Report breakdowns, maintenance issues, and repair requirements to the HOD
• Maintain basic maintenance logs and service records
• Coordinate with operators and maintenance teams for smooth functioning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in EOT crane maintenance
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of industrial safety standards and procedures
• Good coordination, supervision, and communication skills
• Ability to identify faults and ensure timely corrective action

Preferred Candidate Profile

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Experience in steel plant, fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy industry is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and team management abilities
