Gratuity valuation, Leave encashment, Sick Leave, Pensions, Provident Fund. At KGA, Client Centricity is at our core. - We’re seeking a qualified Management Trainee specialist to extend our reach through discovery of untapped business opportunities and relationships in Mumbai.

Good & Positive Body language

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient time-management skills.
• - MBA in Marketing and Max 1 year experience
• - Experience in Outbound B2B Sales
• - Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
•  Location of Job - Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderaba,d and the job would include travelling to meet stakeholders around 5-6 Per day.

• Making a Monthly Plan broken further into Weekly Plan - Regular reporting on daliy Plans
• - Setting up In-Person meetings to meet Weekly Plans - Need to travel 5 days a week (within city)
• - Develop different sales strategies and on-board new clients.
• - Majorly include direct sales, physically meeting prospective clients and presenting them about KGA clientele and relevant solutions.
• - Set appointments, listen to client needs and suggest the most appropriate solution.
• - Engaging with clients to build relationships and also developing a positive customer experience.
