Cluster Head
Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Cluster Head is responsible for end-to-end operational ownership of multiple centers within an assigned cluster, ensuring
achievement of mobilization, training, placement, and compliance targets as per client CSR mandates. The role acts as the
bridge between Program Managers and Center-level teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple training centers (or as assigned) within the cluster
Ensure achievement of mobilization, enrollment, training completion, and placement targets
Drive center-wise performance reviews on weekly and monthly basis
Ensure standardization of processes across centers
Lead and mentor:
o Center Managers / Counselors, Trainers, Mobilizers, Placement Coordinators (Indirectly)
Conduct performance reviews and coaching interventions
Act as the first level escalation point for center-level issues
Proactively identify:
o Underperforming centers
o Staff gaps
o Mobilization or placement risks
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate (MSW)
8–12 years of experience in:
o Skilling / Education / CSR programs
o Multi-center operations
Proven experience managing:
o Multiple centers
o Field teams across locations
Exposure to:
o CSR projects
o Government-funded or foundation-led programs (preferred)

Strong problem-solving and escalation handling
Willingness to travel extensively within the cluster
