Job Description:

The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for lead generation and relationship building by visiting corporate offices and partner organizations associated with the company. The role requires strong communication and convincing skills to engage prospective clients and generate business opportunities.

• Visit assigned corporate offices and partner companies to generate leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and key contacts
• Explain products and services effectively
• Identify and convert potential leads into prospective customers
• Coordinate with branch teams for smooth client onboarding
• Maintain daily activity reports and follow-up on leads
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines
