Job Description:

Job Title: HR – Assistant Manager

Educational Qualification
• Graduate / Post graduate degree in Human Resources
Experience
• 5–8 years of experience in HR Generalist with exposure to Recruitment, and operations profile
Role Objective:
The individual will be responsible to support the organization by managing end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely talent acquisition, effective policy implementation, structured performance management, accurate HR reporting, and sustained employee engagement, in alignment with management expectations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
o Oversee open hiring requirements and recruitment status; guide recruiters on priorities and next actions.
o Ensure timely closure of positions in line with management expectations and approved manpower plans.

• Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations:
o Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring process adherence and documentation accuracy.
o Coordinate smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation, system entry, and communication of role expectations.
o Manage end-to-end exit processes, including relieving formalities and full & final settlement in coordination with Payroll, Accounts, and Time & Attendance teams.


• Employee Policy implementation
o Work closely with the Management to review and update the Employee Policies and HR Policies.
o Ensure timely communication and consistent application of policy changes across the organization.

• Performance Management
o Work with the Management to design and implement the organization’s Performance Management framework.
o Ensure roles, KRAs, and KPIs are clearly documented, reviewed, and communicated to employees
o Collaborate with HODs in executing performance reviews through defined guidelines, timelines, and evaluation measures.

• MIS & HR Reports Management
o Prepare and maintain HR data and dashboards; share periodic MIS and reports with Management.
o Track and report key metrics such as manpower status, joiners, exits, and internal movements.

• Employee Connect & Engagement
o Conduct periodic employee interactions to strengthen culture, address concerns, and support grievance resolution.
o Organize employee engagement initiatives during festivals and organizational events to foster collaboration and belonging.

Skills & Competencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands on experience in MS Office – Word, Excel
• Strong co-ordination skills and stake-holder management skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with high accuracy in execution.
• Strong follow-through and ownership mindset—ensures closure, not just coordination.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, especially in deadline-driven environments.
• High integrity and professionalism.
