Job Description:
A Sales Executive drives business growth by finding new clients, selling products/services, and nurturing existing customer relationships, focusing on meeting sales targets through lead generation, presentations, negotiation, and account management, acting as a crucial link between the company and its customers to boost revenue and expand market share. 
 
Key Responsibilities
    • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients via cold calling, networking, social media, and events.
    • Client Engagement: Contact customers (in-person, phone, email, video) to understand needs and offer solutions.

 

  • Sales Presentations: Introduce, demonstrate, and explain products/services to potential clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms to secure sales and meet revenue goals.
  • Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and handle queries.
  • Reporting: Track sales, manage CRM data, and report on performance against targets.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. 

 

 
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations and negotiations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Negotiation: Ability to close deals effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding sales processes and strategies.
  • Problem-Solving: Tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Education: Often a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred. 
 
Key Skills & Tools
  • CRM Software: Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot.
  • Market Research: Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meeting sales quotas and goals.
