Job Description:

Industry: Manufacturing / Packaging / Industrial Products
Employment Type: Full-time | On-roll
Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Manufacturing / Packaging sales experience is a plus)


Job Summary

We are urgently hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to strengthen our field sales team in Jaipur and Ahmedabad. The role involves on-ground sales activities, developing industrial clients, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in assigned territories. Local candidates with strong ownership and willingness for field work are highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new industrial / B2B customers through field visits, cold calls, and market mapping

  • Regularly visit factories, warehouses, distributors, and industrial areas

  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions

  • Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and support order closures

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients

  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution

  • Track sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence

  • Monitor local competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets


Mandatory Requirements

  • Education: MBA (Marketing / Sales / Operations preferred)

  • Communication Skills:

    • Good command over English and Hindi

    • Regional language (Gujarati / Rajasthani) is an added advantage

  • Local Candidates: Strongly preferred

  • Mobility:

    • Must have a personal two-wheeler / vehicle

    • Comfortable with regular field travel and client meetings

  • Mindset:

    • High ownership, self-driven, and proactive

    • Comfortable working independently in the field


Preferred / Added Advantages

  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sales

  • Knowledge of local industrial markets, clusters, and customer base

  • Prior exposure to B2B or channel sales

  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
