Job Description:
Project Planning and Execution: His responsible for planning and executing various store projects, such as inventory management strategies, and store layout optimizations, to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Handling production complaints, resolving operational issues, and making strategic decisions related to ideal stock, Slow Moving stock, etc.…
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: He has to collaborates with departments like production, supply chain, dispatch to align store objectives with overall company goals and ensure seamless operations.
Leadership and Mentorship: Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to store staff to foster a motivated and high-performing team that delivers excellent service and meets production targets.
Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuously evaluating store processes, implementing efficiency improvements, and identifying innovative solutions to enhance productivity and profitability.
