Sales - Individual Contributor
Job Description:
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our product.
Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers.
Go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.
Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products.
Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
Consolidate existing and build new customer base.
Ensure Data security is maintained.
Boost morale in the office by encouraging other sales representatives and adopting a team mentality on the sales floor.
Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs
Achieve targets and deliver beyond.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of International outbound sales experience. Can be from UK, US or Australia markets
Excellent English Communication skills (Neutral Accent)
Good conversational skills, must be able to speak fluently
Experienced in working with targets
Experience of working on dialers preferred
Must be a team player
An interest in and a desire to learn about wines
Willingness to work in fixed Shift (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
