Business Development / Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities for our IT and Non-IT recruitment services. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new client leads for IT & Non-IT recruitment services 

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings

• Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of positions

• Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business

• Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and close deals

• Maintain sales data and reports using CRM or internal tools

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Required Skills

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (IT & Non-IT)

• Strong convincing and client-handling abilities

• Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset

• Comfortable with targets and follow-ups

• Knowledge of LinkedIn & email outreach is a plus

Eligibility

• Any Graduate

• 6 months to 1 year experience in business development / sales (recruitment preferred)
