Job Description:

A Factory Staff job involves operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and packaging goods in a manufacturing setting, with core duties focused on maintaining production flow, adhering to strict safety and quality standards, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. Key responsibilities include monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with the team, and preparing finished items for shipment. 

• Production: Operating production machinery, assembling components, and feeding raw materials.
• Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Following all health, safety, and procedural guidelines, and wearing required protective gear.
• Maintenance: Keeping work areas clean, performing minor machine adjustments, and reporting malfunctions.
• Packaging & Logistics: Packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment, sometimes using forklifts or pallet jacks. 

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Teamwork and good communication.
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting.
